About this test

The Üsküdar Life Meaning and Goals Scale (USLIFE) is a self-assessment scale for people aged 15 and over that measures life meaning and goals and how they are perceived; it was developed in 2022 by Prof. Nevzat Tarhan and Assoc. Prof. Aylin Tutgun Ünal. Its 28 statements cover seven areas (concrete and abstract meaning skills, belief about death, delay of gratification, internal control, medium- and long-term planning, and ego ideal) and take about 6 minutes. The result is a pointer for reflection, not a diagnosis or a judgement of your personality.
