To respond to your inquiry, arrange a medical review and plan your treatment and travel.

Who sees it

Your coordinator and the clinicians reviewing your case. Health information is never sent by ordinary email.

International transfers

If you live outside Türkiye, your information is transferred to and processed in Türkiye on the basis of your explicit consent.

How long we keep it

Closed inquiries and any reports you sent are deleted automatically 24 months after the inquiry is closed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and withdraw consent, by contacting us.
