These tests are for screening. A result is not a diagnosis: only a psychiatrist or psychologist can make one, after talking with you.
Your answers are scored on this device and never sent. Only your result is saved, with the email address you confirm.
Confirm your email address
Before the test we send a 6-digit code to your email address. Your result is saved with it, so that our team can help you if you wish. The email with the code contains no health information.
The list below contains symptoms that are common when people feel anxious. For each one, think about how much it has troubled you over the last week, today included, and choose the answer that fits.
Choosing an answer takes you to the next question. You can go back at any time.
Your result
Minimal anxiety
Your answers show very few anxiety symptoms over the last week. This range fits the everyday anxiety most people feel now and then. If your symptoms increase or start to trouble you, you can take the test again or talk to a professional.
Mild anxiety
You have had mild anxiety symptoms over the last week. Enough sleep, regular exercise and ways of handling stress often help. If the symptoms last longer than a few weeks or begin to affect your work or relationships, it is a good idea to see a professional.
Moderate anxiety
You have had moderate anxiety symptoms over the last week. At this level anxiety can make daily life harder, so we suggest talking with a psychiatrist or psychologist about the possible causes and the support that would suit you. Some bodily symptoms can also have medical causes, which your doctor can check if needed.
Severe anxiety
You have had intense anxiety symptoms over the last week. This level usually causes marked distress and calls for a professional assessment; we recommend booking an appointment with a psychiatrist or psychologist soon. Anxiety disorders are common, and effective treatments exist.

Take your result as a rough guide, not a diagnosis. How you feel over time, and a conversation with a specialist, tell much more than a questionnaire.
Talk it through with a specialist
If your result worries you, or you would like to talk it through, our psychiatrists can review it with you, free and without obligation.
