About
Yağmur Gözsüz Yılmaz studied psychology at Akdeniz University from 2017 to 2021 and graduated with high honours. In 2022 a full scholarship brought admission to the thesis-based Clinical Psychology master's program at Üsküdar University, completed with high honours in 2024. The thesis, supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Oğuz Tan, was titled "A Comparison of Procrastination Tendencies in Individuals Diagnosed with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Compared to a Group Without a Psychiatric Diagnosis."
During the master's program Gözsüz Yılmaz saw clients at the Üsküdar University Psychological Counseling Unit, at first under supervision and later as a psychologist, supported by a working-student scholarship. From 2022 to 2024 a clinical internship at NP Feneryolu Medical Center, supervised by clinical psychologist and medical doctor Cengiz Demirsoy, provided further experience with clients diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder and with other psychopathological conditions.
Yağmur Gözsüz Yılmaz has worked as a Clinical Psychologist at NPİSTANBUL Hospital since January 2025.
