About
Zeynep Betül Alp is a clinical psychologist whose academic path, entirely at Üsküdar University, runs from psychology through neuromarketing to neuroscience.
Education
Born in Istanbul in 1995, she earned her bachelor’s degree with high honours from Üsküdar University’s English-language Psychology programme in 2018. As an Erasmus student she spent one semester at the University of Worcester in the United Kingdom. She then completed two master’s degrees at Üsküdar University:
- Neuromarketing (2020) – thesis: “Cognitive Processes in Neuromarketing”
- Clinical Psychology (2021) – thesis: “Adaptation, Validity, and Reliability Study of the Autobiographical Memory Research Scale into Turkish”
She is now at the thesis stage of the Neuroscience Ph.D. Program at Üsküdar University, with research involving neuropsychological assessment, EEG analysis and neuroimaging methods. She speaks English well.
