About

Clinical psychologist Cumali Aydın studied psychology at Istanbul Kültür University with a scholarship from YÖK (Türkiye's Council of Higher Education). He went on to the Clinical Psychology master's programme at Üsküdar University, graduating with high honours. His thesis investigated how fibromyalgia syndrome is related to anxiety disorders and depression.

Clinical and teaching work

During his training years he provided therapy to adults and adolescents at several counselling centres, and internships at a number of institutions further shaped his professional development. Today he practises at NPİSTANBUL Brain Hospital and lectures at the Institute of Addiction and Forensic Sciences of Üsküdar University.

Outside the clinic he is a keen sportsman with a particular interest in martial arts, and he is a certified coach in several of these disciplines.
