About
Clinical psychologist Şule Ataş earned both her bachelor's degree in psychology and her master's degree in clinical psychology at Üsküdar University.
As a student she interned in the psychiatry department of NPİSTANBUL Hospital. There she followed the clinical course of inpatients on the psychiatric ward and gained practical experience in psychometric assessment and test administration.
Her professional path led her into special education and rehabilitation, first as a psychologist and later as director of the institution.
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is the main approach she uses with clients. She is also trained to administer projective tests such as the Rorschach and the TAT, along with the MMPI and a variety of clinical assessment inventories.
