These tests are for screening. A result is not a diagnosis: only a psychiatrist or psychologist can make one, after talking with you.
Your answers are scored on this device and never sent. Only your result is saved, with the email address you confirm.
Confirm your email address
Before the test we send a 6-digit code to your email address. Your result is saved with it, so that our team can help you if you wish. The email with the code contains no health information.
Answer each question Yes or No.
Choosing an answer takes you to the next question. You can go back at any time.
Your result
No increased risk found
Your answers do not point to an increased risk of an eating disorder. If you still have concerns about your eating, your weight or how you see your body, talking to a doctor is a good step.
Possible risk of an eating disorder
You answered 'yes' to two or more questions, which points to a risk of an eating disorder that should be looked at more closely. This questionnaire only screens and does not diagnose; we recommend discussing your answers with a doctor, psychiatrist or psychologist who can assess your eating and your physical health.
Number of 'yes' answers
out of 5
Take your result as a rough guide, not a diagnosis. How you feel over time, and a conversation with a specialist, tell much more than a questionnaire.
Talk it through with a specialist
If your result worries you, or you would like to talk it through, our psychiatrists can review it with you, free and without obligation.

About this test
REZZY is a short, simple questionnaire designed to raise a possible suspicion of an eating disorder and flag risk, not to diagnose one. It was first developed as the SCOFF questionnaire by Morgan and colleagues (1999), and its Turkish version was validated by Aydemir and colleagues (2015); both names are built from letters of the questions. It has 5 questions and takes about a minute.
