Planning at a glance

1. Documents to prepare

   • Passport copy
   • Any previous treatment reports and discharge letters
   • A list of current medication and of the substances used, with amounts
   • If you take methadone or buprenorphine: please contact your coordinator before you travel, so that the team can plan your treatment

2. Expected stay

   14–21 days

3. Your estimate

   After the medical review you receive a written estimate that lists what is included and what is not.

4. Follow-up

   • A written plan for rehabilitation, at NPİSTANBUL or near your home
   • Online follow-up with your psychiatrist
   • Report shared with your home doctor on request
